During these unprecedented times in which we are currently living, the response by the UK Government to the Covid-19 disease has been dramatic. The well-being of our staff and their families is always a top priority for First Point. Our instinct to provide care and security is of course heightened even further during this difficult period.
In line with the mandate set out by Government, we are implementing a remote working program to ensure that we can continue to service our customers whilst practising social distancing and isolation where necessary.
The office environment from which we usually carry out business, plays a central role in our identity as a business. The physical proximity of staff is instrumental in our our sharing of knowledge and skills, our communication, creativity and teamwork. Most of all though, the spirit and camaraderie we gain from human interaction helps define what we believe makes First Point special in an industry not widely renowned for personality.
During this period of disruption, it is clear that we face our own challenges in trying to recreate that identity whilst continuing to operate remotely. However, as a customer you can be assured that we have a strong infrastructure, a continuity plan and a determination to ensure that our customers face a minimal amount of interruption to service. We thank you for your understanding and support during these difficult days.
